Scope of Services
Reloc Tax Advisory Pte Ltd provides Singapore company incorporation, corporate secretary, accounting & audit, bank account opening, offshore structures, tax planning, identity planning, and financial compliance. Specific service details are subject to the service agreement signed by both parties.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide true and accurate information and documents. Any consequences resulting from false information provided by the client shall be borne by the client.
Fees & Payment
Service fees are as stated in the quotation or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are payable before service commencement.

Reloc will provide services to professional standards but shall not be liable for delays or impacts caused by changes in government policies, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
